The short version
If you give us your email, we use it to tell you about New York Glory — the song, the game, the merch drop. That's it. We don't sell your data, and you can leave any time.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the run, claim a Glory Card, or grab the free download.
- Basic usage signals (page views, which buttons get clicked). We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads — it sets a cookie and reports events like page views and signups to Meta. We never send it your email or your name.
How we use it
- To send you drop news, game updates, clips, and merch early-access.
- To deliver the free track via our download gate.
Who it touches
We run lean. Your email may pass through the tools that make this work — currently Substack (newsletter), Google Sheets (our private list), and Hypeddit (the free-download gate). Meta (Facebook) receives anonymous ad-measurement events via its Pixel, never your email. They process data on our behalf; we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time — every email has a one-click link, or just reply and ask.
- Delete your data — email us and we'll remove you from the list.
- Limit ad tracking — browser tracking protection and content blockers stop the Meta Pixel, and you can tune what Meta does with ad data at facebook.com/adpreferences.
